Ny Peletto LMS-120 pelletskvarn

A complete LMS-120 wet straw pellet production line with an actual capacity of 100-120 kg/h, built on the basis of a 15 kW pellet mill.
The PS-500 screw conveyor is equipped with a 0.5 m3 hopper and a mixer to prevent the raw material from sticking.
The RD-300 straw shredder feeds the shredded raw material through a cyclone to the screw hopper, which then feeds it to the SA-400 aerodynamic dryer. The dried and shredded straw is fed to the pelletizing machine through a screw conveyor.

The LMS-120 line includes:
- Pellet mill 15 kW,
- Line control panel + soft start for the pellet machine + soft start for the shredder,
- Straw chopper RD-300 with cyclone and aspiration system,
- Aerodynamic dryer SA-400,
- Screw conveyor with mixer PS-500,
- Pellet sieve table BR-500,
- Extraction system OPT-390,
- Humidification system SWL-500.
