Pellet Cooling and Bagging Line LCP-600 (WITHOUT CABLES AND PLUG) is a complete set for the final processing of pellets – cooling, dust removal, and bagging.
The line includes:
PNT-400 belt conveyor with fans (pellet cooling),
ZW-50 sealing machine,
WR-1000 weighing bagger with additional cover,
OPT-390 extraction system,
control panel based on European components.
All motors in the line are high-quality units from the Dutch company OMEC, ensuring stable operation and low energy consumption.
In the standard configuration, the line is designed to operate with a capacity of up to 600 kg/h. For higher capacities, individual adjustment of components is possible.
The cooler is equipped with two gear motors (0.25 kW), one of which is responsible for even distribution of the pellets in the tank. The tank has a capacity of 600 liters, ensuring a stable cooling process before packaging.
Weighing bagger – functionality:
The weighing bagger allows precise weighing and packaging of pellets into plastic or polypropylene bags.
