Pellettatrice Peletto LDG-3000 nuovo

The LDG-3000 pellet production line from Peletto.pl is designed to produce pellets from various types of raw materials with a diameter from 2 mm to 8 mm.

The LDG-3000 granulation line is equipped with:

PS-500 screw feeder: the device consumes 1.5 kW of electricity, has smooth regulation of the screw rotation speed using a frequency converter.

Humidification system: the main elements of the humidification system are a solenoid valve, a pump, a 200 liter water tank and a timer. This system is connected to a screw feeder, which allows the necessary amount of water to be added to the pellet machine. Power consumption 0.37 kW.

Solid PELETON-300 pellet machine: PELETON-300 easily handles various types of raw materials with a capacity of up to 350-400 kg/h for pellets and up to 400-500 kg/h for feed mixtures. 22 kW engine (1450 rpm). Speed is reduced by a gearbox (entirely flooded with oil), which allows the entire system to be cooled and protects against overheating and excessive wear. Such a machine can operate in two shifts.

Calibration and cooling drum for ready-made pellets SB-100: this device serves as a sieving device for pellets, which allows you to obtain a clean final product (without dust and particles). The drum is connected to the extraction system. Additionally, it is used to cool the pellets. Power consumption 0.12 kW.

ASO-300 closed extraction system: this device consists of a fan, air flow pipes and dust filtering bags. The extraction system provides the air circulation necessary to cool the pellets and catch non-pelleted particles and dust in the bags. It is connected to the pellet mill head and the screening drum. Power consumption 2.2 kW.

Pelletizing line control panel: it is a control cabinet with an automatic cooling system built into it. Additionally, there is an ammeter installed to control the load of the pellet mill and a button for emergency shutdown of the line. The control is comfortable and intuitive.

The most important thing is a professionally selected die and meeting the requirements regarding the fraction and moisture of the processed materials.

The pellet production line can be used as a separate production unit or equipped with additional equipment that will allow you to automate the work.
