How does the GRK-200 Nut Sheller/Cracker work?

Principle of operation: Splitting walnuts is done by precisely pressing the nut with a shaft against the inner wall of the splitter. The nuts fall into the bunker, from where they go to the crushing shaft, and then fall out seamlessly into the prepared container. Thanks to specially designed plates on the shafts, the cracker allows you to crack all nuts without the need for calibration.
Gap adjustment: Thanks to the ability to adjust the gap between the shaft and the wall, we achieve perfect cracking of walnuts, achieving an impressive butterfly output of up to 60%. Even without the need to calibrate nuts, the cracking quality reaches 70%, which is excellent efficiency in raw material processing.
