To obtain high-quality pellets or granulated feed, an element such as the die is of great importance. Together with the rollers, the die is one of the most important operating elements of the entire device. Most often, specific types and brands of dies are used for each type of pellet mill.
Dies for pellet and granulator machines are divided into the following types:

annular
flat

Flat dies are used for granulators popular on the Polish market, most often for small productions or for households. We adapt our dies to produce pellets from a specific raw material. This improves the quality of the obtained pellets and the efficiency of the entire production process.

Ring dies are intended for industrial use only in ring pellet machines. They have increased efficiency and high pressing quality. Such pellet machines are used to granulate a wide range of materials: from ordinary raw materials such as sawdust and feed mixtures, to mineral raw materials (in total, we have experience in granulating over 60 types of raw materials).
