The Peletto ZRK-2.5 feed production plant is an automated equipment line designed for the production of complete loose feed mixtures for all types of livestock.

The line provides a production capacity of up to 2500 kg/h and is suitable for large livestock farms as well as professional companies producing animal feed for sale.

The hammers are made of Hardox 500 steel, providing high wear resistance and a long service life under intensive operating conditions.

ZRK-2.5 standard configuration:

1. PPZ-30 Industrial Grain Crusher

Designed for efficient grinding of grain crops including wheat, corn and oats, as well as meal and oil cake.

The required grinding fraction can be adjusted using interchangeable 4, 6 or 8 mm screens.

2. Dust Extraction System

The cyclone and filter system reduces dust during production by collecting fine raw material particles.

3. ZK-4 Feed Mixer

Connection to the crusher through a cyclone reduces product losses and simplifies material loading.

One mixing cycle takes approximately 6–7 minutes.

Mixing homogeneity ranges from 90% to 96%, depending on the premixes used.

The finished feed can be discharged by an unloading screw conveyor into a dosing unit, hopper or directly into the loading body of a vehicle.

The large screw diameter ensures fast discharge of the finished product.

4. Weighing System

The integrated weighing system provides precise dosing of individual ingredients used in the feed mixture.

The program memory can store recipes containing up to 9 components, providing flexibility when producing feed for livestock and poultry at different stages of development.

Optional equipment:

The basic ZRK-2.5 configuration can be expanded according to the customer's technical requirements with the following modules:

• Industrial Straw Crusher

Designed for grinding straw, hay, reeds, alfalfa, corn and other dry plant materials.

Available versions: 11 kW and 18.5 kW.

The grinding fraction is adjusted using interchangeable screens.

The machine can be used for feed production with the addition of grass meal.

• Oil Dosing System

The dosing unit supplies a precisely measured quantity of liquid directly into the mixer hopper.

This provides finished feed homogeneity of up to 96% without lump formation.

Versions for dosing both oils and water-based solutions are available.

• Weight Dosing Unit

The dosing unit enables the finished feed to be packed in portions from 1 to 50 kg.

The product can be dosed into bags, boxes, crates or other packaging.

Weighing accuracy: ±1 g.
